What, The Ducks?!
Critque is one of those things I tend to have smething of a love/hate relationship with .. I love giving it, I hate receiving it! Joking aside, I do tend to find it has mixed value and invariably it’s greatest value comes from someone you trust and who understands what you’re trying to say.
Walking along the canal again last night just as the sun was setting, I couldn’t decide whether to stick with landscapes or go for nature. Little Rusty had his own ideas (everyone’s a critic!) and clearly fascinated by what was going on, he was determined to stick his head into every shot, much to my frustration!
I took that as his way of saying “stick to landscape mate!” as thankfully he did let me take one or two shots and like the last canal-side shot I took, sometimes it’s nice just to enjoy the mood and the lightshow and not worry too much about the story
