This months wallpaper is a late evening panorama of Ridgegate Reservoir taken a couple of days ago whilst out scouting the Macclesfield Forest area on the edge of the Peak District. I took some medium format shots at the same time so once they’re developed it should be interesting to see a comparison between the two formats.

Being a panorama it was a little difficult to optimise it for low resolution but the two versions uploaded here are at my own 1920×1080 desktop size

and also a more usual 1280×1024
